Privacy notice
This notice explains what this website collects and how enquiry information is handled. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little.
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form we receive the name, work email, company, topic and message you provide. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we hold it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, to manage that engagement. We do not sell contact details and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without consent.
Client data in engagements
Where we process client data under an engagement, the terms of that engagement govern. As a standing rule we configure model endpoints for zero data retention, we do not train or fine tune any model on client data, and we keep an append only audit trail of processing actions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty four months. Engagement records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require.
Your rights and contact
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@anviratech.com and we will respond within thirty days.
