Try the engine before you trust the pitch.
Everyone in this market shows you a diagram. Below is the actual three way match logic we deploy, running in your browser. Move the numbers. Break the tolerance. Watch it refuse, name the reason code and write the supplier's email. Nothing on this page is a screenshot.
You own the asset. Code, schema, documentation and deployment scripts, handed over as they are written.
It runs in your tenancy. Your cloud, your accounts, your security policy.
No proprietary runtime. Standard technologies a successor team can take over.
Zero data retention. No training or fine tuning on your data, ever.
Stage gated. Discovery, then a sandbox proof, then build. Stop at any gate.
Fixed for this demonstration: purchase order PO-77310 for 1,180 units at 4.00, goods receipt GR-51288 for 1,180 units. You control what the supplier invoiced, and the tolerance the buyer agreed.
This is a deterministic rules engine, not a model. That is the point. Extraction is where intelligence belongs and judgement is not, so the decision that stops a payment is arithmetic you can audit, and the drafted email is the only part a language model touches. A person still sends it.
Where we work
Five towers. One operating discipline.
Our primary practice is AI first consulting inside these five process towers. One line each. Open any of them for the workflow, the screen and the delivery detail.
The operating idea
AI reads, reasons and researches. People write and decide.
The rule we apply to every system we build in a system of record
Intelligence is very good at reading a document, finding a match, drafting a reply and explaining a variance. It should not be the thing that posts to your ledger, releases your payment or changes a master record. We separate those two jobs in the architecture itself, so the control is structural rather than a matter of policy.
- Zero data retention on every model endpoint used
- No training or fine tuning on your data
- Append only audit trail of every machine and human action
- Sandboxed build and test before anything touches production
Intake. Documents, requests and events arrive from mail, portal or system.
Intelligence. Read only. Extraction, matching, research and drafting.
Human control. Verification gate, then an approval gate. Both are people.
System of record. Your ERP, unchanged. Written only on a human action.
Exceptions. Reason coded queue, drafted communication, closed loop.

What we have built
A new company with a finished body of work behind it. Anonymised, because the substance is the architecture and the operating discipline, not the logo. The detail sits on the solutions page.
Integrated finance operations platform
Order to cash, procure to pay and financial planning as one system for an intermediary business, with margin measured on the job rather than the invoice.
Read the story 02 / AUTOMATIONAI driven accounts payable automation
Manual invoice keying and three way match replaced by an AI assisted pipeline with two human gates, inside a client's own cloud tenancy.
Read the story 03 / OPERATIONSReceivables and payables intelligence
The standard shared service processes, from collections cadence to vendor onboarding, operated from a single AI assisted application across multiple entities, currencies and tax regimes.

An asset on your balance sheet, not a dependency on ours
Every engagement ends with you holding everything needed to run, change and extend the system without us. This is the clearest answer we can give to the question of what happens if we are not here later, and it is written into the contract rather than promised in a meeting.
The build
- Source code in your repository
- Database schema and migrations
- Deployment scripts and environments
The knowledge
- Architecture and control documentation
- Administrator runbook
- Standard operating procedures
The evidence
- Test record, including what failed
- Audit trail design and retention
- Open list of what is not built
The rights
- Intellectual property assigned on payment
- Confidentiality in both directions
- No licence, no renewal, no lock in
Tell us where the process hurts.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether AI belongs in a process, or whether the honest answer is better process design first. We will say which.
